KUALA LUMPUR, 4 JUNE 2018 – Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has appointed singer-songwriter Aiman Tino as the digital imaging solutions leader’s latest brand ambassador. The popular artiste who shot to fame two years ago with his debut single “Ku Rela Dibenci”, was selected for his artistic creativity and will see Canon embark on several creative collaborations with him.
The partnership with Aiman will see his involvement in Canon events and workshops, as well as promotional activities for the brand’s digital cameras and printers.

Aiman’s style and approach to music embodies the essence of the Canon EOS M mirrorless series and the Canon PIXMA Ink Efficient E Series and photo printers which gives users creative freedom to express themselves and create their own identity, something the younger generation especially are very passionate about.
Jeffrey Kung, Head of Consumer Imaging and Information Division, said that working together with Aiman will give Canon the opportunity to reach a wider youthful audience.

Aiman’s talent and boyish charm has earned him a favourable spot in the local music scene. Earlier this year he received a mention in the Malaysian Book of Records for having the most number of views on Youtube for his “Ku Rela Dibenci’ music video, and more recently, made his acting debut in the latest season of Mak Cun, a TV drama that has been on air since 2014.
Aiman commented that the partnership with Canon is a significant milestone in his career and will give him the opportunity to share his creative journey with his audiences.
