EOS R5 & EOS R6 PRE-ORDER pwp promo, 14 July to 28 July 2020
1. Terms & Conditions
1.1 Johnson Wee Masterclass (“Masterclass Program”) is organised by Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“CMM”). By registering and accepting this Program, Customers are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.
1.2 This Program is valid for purchase through EOS R5 & EOS R6 Pre-Order Promotion PWP at RM300, from 14th July 2020 until 28th July 2020 (“Promotion Period”).
1.3 The PWP promo is entitled for ONE (1) session to Canon EOS Ambassador Johnson Wee Masterclass in Kuala Lumpur on either of the following date. Subject to availability by first come first serve basis.
1.3.1 19 September 2020
1.3.2 17 October 2020
1.4 Venue of the Masterclass Program will be release on Canon Malaysia FB page latest by 31 August 2020.
1.5 CMM reserves the right to void, amend or revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as and when necessary without any prior notice.
1.6 Customer may register with Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd by emailing to the following to digitaleos_cmm@cmm.canon.com.my . (Refer 3.4)
2. How to enjoy this PWP Promotion
2.1 To enjoy this Promotion, Customers is required to purchase any one (1) unit of the selected Five (5) Canon camera models as provided below from selected of CMM’s Canon Authorised Dealers in Malaysia during the Promotion Period.
2.1.1 EOS R5 (Body)
2.1.2 EOS R5 (RF24-105 USM)
2.1.3 EOS R6 (Body)

2.2 Customer must ensure that the selected Canon camera models purchased from Canon Authorised Dealers (“CMM Dealers”) carries a valid warranty issued by CMM.
2.3 Promotional products shall always subject to availability and while stock last. CMM shall not be liable for the failure of CMM Dealers to fulfil orders of promotional products during or after Promotion Period.
3. How to Register for the Masterclass Program
3.1 Customers must first purchase any one (1) unit of the selected model (refer 2.1) from any of CMM Dealers in Malaysia during the Promotion Period.
3.2 During the Promotion Period, each Customer is entitled to redeem up to a ONE (1) PWP for each unit purchase.
3.3 Customer must ensure that the selected Canon model purchased from Canon Authorised Dealers carries a valid warranty issued by CMM.
3.4 Guide to complete the Masterclass Program registration at digitaleos_cmm@cmm.canon.com.my
3.4.1 Email to the provided email with email subject “JW Masterclass, [date of session]
3.4.2 Choose either ONE (1) session of given date:
(1) 19 September 2020,or
(2) 17 October 2020
3.4.3 Registration details to be stated as per below, followed by TWO (2) attachments of (1)Pre-Order form and (2)
Purchased Invoice.
(1) Full Name as per IC
(2) Contact Number
(3) Mailing address (for receiving ticket)
3.4.4 Banking details will be forwarded to customer for payment.
3.4.5 Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be issued and send to customer’s corresponding email. A
printed ticket will be mailed to given mailing address.
3.5 Deadline for register is 31st July 2020
4. General
4.1 This Promotion and Masterclass Program cannot be applied in conjunction with any other promotion organized by CMM.
4.2 By providing the required information, Customer hereby consent to CMM in processing your personal data for this Promotion and any other CMM marketing promotion (“Purpose”) in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). 4.3 Customer’s information may be shared among CMM’s employees, agents or other related and unrelated CMM entities and/or business partners acting on CMM’s behalf for this Purpose.
4.4 CMM shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, failure and/or unsuccessful registration due to whatsoever reasons during the Promotion Period.
4.5 CMM shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Promotion.
4.6 CMM shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion (including but not limited to eligibility of this Promotion) and such decision(s) shall be final and binding on all Customers.
4.7 CMM shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with Customers on any matter concerning this Promotion.
4.8 CMM may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary/amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice and without furnishing any reason.
4.9 In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other material relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
4.10 These terms and conditions shall be governed by Malaysian laws and all parties agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
