Mastering the Basic: Photography and Videography for New Creators - Canon Malaysia

Introduction

This Mastering the Basic class provide a basic overview of the essentials of photography and videography for new camera users or creators. At the end of the workshop, participants should feel confident in getting started with photography and videography, knowing which Canon camera to use, the basics of lighting, shooting techniques, and the essential skills needed for editing. By familiarizing with latest Canon Camera system & technology, it will encourage non-Canon user to consider an upgrade to Canon system.

Brief Syllabus:

1. Introduction and Icebreaker

2. Camera & Gear Selection Objective: Help participants understand the different types of cameras, lenses, and essential accessories for photography and videography.

3. Key Principles in Photography and Videography: An overview of the most essential knowledge such as Frame Rates & Shutter Speed, Resolution and Aspect Ratio & Recording format.

4. Lighting Techniques for Photography & Videography Objective: Basic lighting setups

5. Practical Session Objective: Shooting photo and video with Canon Camera.

6. Editing Software Overview Objective: The essential of photo and video editing software and basic editing concepts.
