Mopria® Print Service​

Driver-less and Hassle-free Printing

The Mopria Print Service​ provides intuitively simple wireless printing from Android mobile devices, without downloading any vendor-dependent apps.

  1. Check that your printer is switched on and is connected to the same network as your mobile device.
  2. Tap “Print” on the drop-down menu of your smartphone.
  3. Select and tap a Mopria-certified printer. 
  4. Select your appropriate print settings and print!

To view the latest list of Mopria certified Canon inkjet and laser printers, please visit the Mopria Certified Products webpage.

  1. An Android smartphone or tablet with the Mopria Print Services app installed. 
  2. A printer, MFP, or print accessory that is Mopria-certified (go here for a list of certified devices). 
  3. A wireless network connected to both the Android device and the printer, MFP or print accessory. If both the Android device and the printer, MFP or print accessory support Wi-Fi Direct, no wireless network is needed. 

Note: Mopria Print Service is not supported through public wireless network such as public Wi-Fi hotspots, Bluetooth connections, or cellular data connections.
