3. Can I still send in my printer for repair at the Canon Customer Care Centre (HQ/Shah Alam)?
The last day to submit a printer for repair at the Canon Customer Care Centre (HQ/Shah Alam) is 21 March 2025. From 24 March onwards, all printer repair submissions can be done at Highpoint Service Network, Subang Jaya/Plaza Low Yat.
4. Will there be any changes to the repair process or warranty coverage?
No, our high-quality Canon service remains unchanged, and your warranty and repair processes will continue as usual.
