Mirrored Chip
Six chips, one for each colour, are arranged on two heads on one side of the print head chasis. Each chip contains 256 tiny ink nozzles, arranged vertically for maximum print coverage in a single pass of the head. The exact arrangement of colour chips is mirrored on the two heads on the other side of the chasis, allowing the inks to be sprayed in the same order in both forward and reverse passes. The result is high quality output at very high speed: as little as 7 minutes for a full AO-sized poster (using High Speed Mode).
BJ-W9000 uses mirrored chip 2-way printing.
