- When the driver is installed under the following conditions, both the Canon printer driver and the Windows built-in printer driver become available.
<Conditions>
The PC is running Windows 11 version 24H2 or later.
The PC and printer are connected via a network.
<Printer drivers>
Canon printer driver (Printer icon: Canon xxxx series)
Windows built-in printer driver (Printer icon: Canon xxxx series (Canon Print Assistant))
If the above conditions are not met, only the Canon printer driver will be installed.

Caution

- When printing from Canon applications such as Easy-PhotoPrint Editor and PosterArtist, select "Canon xxxx series" as the printer.
If you experience printing-related issues when using a third-party application, select "Canon xxxx series" as the printer.
- If the installation fails, please try the following:
Uninstall the printer driver.
Delete any remaining printer icons, if present.
Restart the PC.
Reinstall the printer driver.

Setup instruction

Download / Installation Procedures
1. Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
2. Double-click the downloaded EXE file to decompress it, then installation will start automatically.

A message may be displayed during the installation depending on the OS you are using, but continue the installation.
