LUT for conversion from Canon Log gamma to Cineon gamma.
Besides the 1D LUT, 3D LUTs that allow color range and gamma conversion are also available.
Please make use of them accordingly.

- LUT supports 10-bit, 12-bit (EOS C500 / EOS C500 PL only) and 16-bit (EOS C500 / EOS C500 PL only).
