Liew WK’s interest in nature since young spurred his interest in nature photography. Whether it is still or video imagery, he revels in capturing nature's best floras and faunas. In 2005, around when digital photography took flight, he began taking nature photography seriously and specialized in insect macro shots, wildlife as well as landscape genres. For the past 7 to 8 years he spent an average of 250 days in the forest and his experience is highly sought-after, locally and across the region.

Among his notable mentions are:
• 1st Prize Winner of the Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) Photo Competition in 2009
• The Official Photographer for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's book- "Rimba Bidor: A Gift to Nature."
• Being a frequent contributor to a local photography magazine

Liew believes that nature photography is now more important than ever. Apart from portraying the beauty of our environment, it helps to document and record nature conservation, wildlife protection, drive environmental action and he is committed to doing just that.

Often called the "Walking Dictionary" of the Canon EOS System as well as "Captain Canon", Teoh is a seasoned photographer and imaging professional with over 20 years of experience. In his capacity as Canon Marketing Malaysia's imaging consultant and press advisor as well as Canon Asia Pacific's EOS Master throughout the years, he has represented Canon at various events including:

• 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games
• Canon Photomarathon Sri Lanka 2017
• Canon Photomarathon Brunei 2017
• Canon Photomarathon Singapore 2018
• EOS R events in Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines 

Fueled by the passion of sharing his knowledge and expertise, Teoh published "Travel Photography: Capturing the Sense of Places" -a coffee table book containing his essential shooting tips, equipment recommendations and photography masterpieces as well as "Capturing the Sense of Place" which is now into its 2nd printing. As a well-respected figure in the industry, he lent his expertise as a judge in numerous photography competitions such as the Maybank Photography Award and History Asia Channel's "Photo Face-off" reality show.
 
Teoh now operates an EOS Boutique specializing in the EOS System and continues to live his passion as a professional photography and imaging consultant both locally and across South East Asia.
