CanoScan Toolbox does not work when a scanner button is pressed. (Windows Vista)
Issue
The scanner may not appear to work when you press a scanner button to use CanoScan Toolbox.
This phenomenon occurs when another window is open.
Cause and Solution
Click [Canoscan Toolbox] on the taskbar to bring the Canoscan Toolbox window to the front.
