Set Document Privileges
To ensure utmost data governance and prevention of critical data loss or leakage, Adobe LiveCycle® Rights Management allows organisations to set privileges and security policies for the reading, printing, copying of information on all documents.
Up-to-date Retrieval
Through a connection to the Adobe LiveCycle® Rights Management ES Server, users may retrieve the most updated documents or be assured that only the latest documents are used or in circulation. Administrators may also set document privileges and apply security policies through the server, preserving persistent and dynamic policies at any time.
Secure Document Login
This solution ensures total data protection throughout the information lifecycle. With secure document login, users are authenticated against the Rights Management ES Server to check latest authorised users, expiration, auditing and watermarking policies set by the administrator. Each recipient’s usage, including when and how often a file is accessed may also be monitored through detailed audit logs.
